With over 20 years of proven expertise across EMEA & LATAM, Mariana Ricci World is a boutique consultancy based in Barcelona’s prime Sarrià–Sant Gervasi district.

We operate through two main divisions—Corporate Solutions and Events & Hospitality Services—providing corporations, institutions, and brands with project management, strategic launches, operational business set-up in Barcelona for international companies, executive event & audiovisual production, VIP experiences for visiting delegations, and global trade show participation.

Corporate Solutions

• Project Management: Lead multi-sector projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, sustainability, and flawless execution, including personnel, supplier, and budget oversight.

• Operational Support for Launches & Implementation: Coordinate teams, workflows, logistics, and resources for smooth deployment and efficient execution—remotely and on-site.

• International Business Set-Up in Barcelona: Manage office search and adaptation, recruitment of key staff, coordination of legal, tax, accounting, and IT support, and institutional liaison with embassies, chambers of commerce, and public institutions.

Events & Hospitality Services

• Executive Event Production: Plan and manage events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor coordination, and guest experience. For conferences, summits, and similar formats, the service also covers sourcing speakers, presenters, and moderators, as well as booking musical performances and live acts to ensure a seamless program.

• Audiovisual & Broadcast Production / Production Services: Oversee technical production to international standards, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and onsite operations for seamless delivery at events of all scales.

• VIP Experiences for International Corporations in Barcelona: Provide bespoke VIP experiences, including logistics, exclusive accommodation, corporate hospitality, and additional services such as security, interpreters, and consular coordination.

• Special Projects & International Trade Shows: Identify and coordinate the best specialists for temporary spaces (stands, showrooms, pop-ups), provide end-to-end project management, hospitality and brand activation, audiovisual coverage and communication (content, press, social media, video), and international support in cities such as Paris, Dubai, Doha, and beyond.
